How do I enter an unlisted medication into Mosaiq?

You can add the drug to the Medication Formulary but leave it on the available drugs list instead of adding it to one of the Department Formularies. It will have an asterisk in front of it to denote that it is not linked to FDB and therefore no drug-drug interactions or allergy checking will be done.

You could use the Medical Oncology Treatment Summary report or the Patient Drug List, enter the desired date range and just check the drugs administered option. Unfortunately, this prints a separate page per patient and you would end up with a very large number of pages rather than just a list of patients. For this particular task, I would suggest a custom Crystal Report.

You can go to File Print Reports (F3) – Patient list – Patient list.
this will allow you to print the patient list with a select date range. It also gives you other options to filter by.
Hope this helps

You can create a list of patient from the Patient Worklist on the “Home Workspace” use the following filters: scheduled date range “1/1/2017 thru 12/31/2017” and status “final XRT” once list is created right click on the header of any of the column; select the export option
